Intelligence, understanding, caring, honesty, loyalty, respect. Someone without hang-ups over what a guy's current situation is, or what he "does", or how much money he makes, etc. because situations/circumstances change and even if you're down in the dumps one day, you could be on top of the world the next. In the end, it's all worthless material crap anyway.
I need someone who understands that the type of person you are is far more important than the amount of stuff you've accumulated. Also, someone who can deal with and not be afraid of a guy who might need their help to start improving their outlook on life.
