Wat ik altijd al eens heb willen proberen: This restaurant in San Francisco called the American Cupcake; they have red-velvet-battered-fried-chicken and I have got to try that before I die.

I also plan on visiting Japan during Spring one year (and many times after) and trying the Sakura Teritama burger at a Japanese McDonald's. There are of course many other things I want to do in Japan (Animate Cafe, Shibazakura Festival, etc.), but that burger tho.
