Mi descriverei come I'm a single male,39, who's been goth since the late 80's.I was goth even before I was aware that there was the subculture. For me, it was just a way of life, part of teenage rebellion, out of control. way out on the lefthand path. I always gravitated towards the dark, mysterious, scary aspects of life, like it was in my nature to explore. Because of this, and my tastes in music, and self expression, I have had difficulty meeting the right mate within society,since my teen years. I have always been the black sheep, or seen as the odd man out. However, I have not given up, and still hope to meet that special someone, whom I may find love with.Over the past few years, I have toned down my look, also being that I live where there is no subculture or likeminded people to hang out with. In ways, I feel like the proverbial ember that has been away from the fire, but refuses to die. I am hoping to meet a woman who is perhaps in a similar situation, or is interested in who I am, and what I have to offer to a relationship. And don't think that because I am 39 that I am any less goth. I may not dress to the extreme that I used to, but I still enjoy all the same elements that I have for decades.
