That is the worst date possible because not only do you have to try and pick something that won't be offensive to the other person then you have to try to get through the meal without spilling, dropping, or knocking over anything. If you make it through that then you go and sit in the dark with someone you don't know for 2 hours. I'd much rather do something in the afternoon so there is no pressure and you have an out if you need it and you can talk and get to know one another. They say you know if you are going to click with someone within a few minutes, so why drag it out if you know it's not what you are looking for?
