I am a filmmaker stuck in the world of teaching... My own work is dark and surreal with nods to Lynch and Svankmajer. I am film obsessed and watch Hollywood candy to stimulating Arthouse. I like to wander around the corridors of museums and galleries and equally feel at home in Soho wandering from pub to pub.
I enjoy a wide spectrum of music, from Nick Cave to Elgar, Foetus to Miles Davis, Rammstein to Johnny Cash. In recent years I directed a concert film and documentary about The Ruts and met a lot of heros such as The Damned and Henry Rollins.
I hate sport and very rarely get distracted because of it as I'd prefer to be watching a film or Doctor Who or paint drying...
