Okay, I don't know the niceties of what a "first date" should be. An ideal date would be: we go for a nice (but not necessarily fancy dinner), then a good movie and we cuddle or even make out, but not so much as to miss too much of the movie! You take me home afterward, I invite you in, and we see where that leads.

A good movie with good friends. Good music at the nightclub and room enough for me to spread out when I dance. Intellectual debate. Kaffeeklatsch. I would like reading aloud to my sweetie (and being read to).
I saw an ad on the bus recently for one of these big evangelical christian conference things, billed as "A Night of Bliss" and I thought, ew! and that's a completely different definition than mine, which would involve a small amount of alcohol, good food, hot music, and a beautiful goth boy in my arms (and bed?) :)
