Me describiría a mi mismo como I'm a low brow artist in the Dallas Fort worth area. Other than showing at bars and small galleries I do fliers for bands and draw caricatures for a living. I'm an avid reader and collector of books: underground comics, art books, philosophy and psychology, literature. My favorite food is avocados and favorite color is green (not black). I think T.V., video games, and organized sports are a waist of time but I'm not always productive either since i tend to sleep a lot during the day and go out at night. I do like to watch movies in the theatre and on DVD as well as T.V. on video (so I guess I really do like T.V.) The news doesn't interest me and i don't like politics. (all news is usually bad news and the social structure of society is a necessary evil.) I'm not interested in the occult (except for the psychology of C.G. Jung)and new age religions like Wicca. I'm more interested in philosophy and early heretical christian sects like the gnostics. I usually go out to the goth clubs or the other bar/music venues at night. I go to school twice a week and I'm trying to get an associates in Graphic Design which i hope will help me get more work doing posters for bands. I consider myself dark but not necessarily that gothic. I do not revel in the shadow side but am melancholic by nature. My interest then in psychology stems from my desire to, as the greek saying goes, "Know thyself!"

Mi idea de diversión es eating a good meal at a restaurant or seeing one of my friends' bands play. Also hanging out at a bar or a dance club and going to an art gallery reception. Listening to music at home while I'm drawing or just about to go to sleep or while I'm cruising in the car. Hanging out with friends just sitting and talking or drawing in my sketchbook. Reading, browsing at the bookstore. playing chess or any other less brian taxing games. Spending time with my nieces and nephews. Talking on the phone to friends.
