Think of it as jumping ahead weeks at a time by abolishing all the "He's nice, but I don't know anything about him" nonsense. I don't want to play social games, I want to speak frankly and comfortably and learn who you are before we go on with other things that might create awkward situations. So I'd say a good first date would be coffee and a nice chat.

My biggest turn off is when someone holds back because they don't want to scare me off. I think it would be best for both of us if we both knew early on if we were compatible or not.
